피아니스트 김다희
Hi, I’m a professional pianist — Korean by birth — and a graduate of the CNSM de Paris, the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich, and the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. I love performing, whether as a soloist or in chamber music, and since graduating I’ve played across Europe, Korea, and the US. Last concert seasons have been particularly memorable: performing Mozart’s Piano Concerto in D minor, K. 466, with the Oriflamme Ensemble under Antoine Mitchell at St Mary’s Church in Warwick; sharing the stage with my talented brother, violinist Da-Min Kim, at the International Symphonic Festival of Music at the Opéra d'Alger; and recording 24 Preludes for Piano by my colleague Nicholas Scott-Burt at the prestigious St George’s Bristol. This recording has been released by Divine Arts Records in March 2026. Music has been in my heart since I was a toddler, and my love for the piano has only deepened over the years. Alongside performing, I’m passionate about teaching piano, musicianship, and chamber music, and I cherish the role of accompanist. As a pianist of Duo Ainos, I have explored a rich repertoire of violin and piano sonatas. Since my move to the UK, I’ve also discovered the art of ballet accompanying — a magical collaboration between pianist and dancer that continually inspires me. I am currently developing in this unique role at Elmhurst Ballet School, in association with Birmingham Royal Ballet.
